Nantucket 5" Candy Basket Workshop

Date: Tuesday, May 9th, 2017 and Tuesday, May 16th, 2017

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (This class require that you come to 2 sessions.)

Cost: $200.00 (All materials are included.)

Join us for a special workshop in which students will be able to go home with a completed 5" round candy basket. This type of basket is called a candy basket because of its distinctive wooden lid, which turns it into a perfect vessel for candy or small treats.

For this class, we will be using cherry wood for the base, rim, and lid.

This class is designed for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

Kids Whale Felting Workshop

Date: Thursday, April 13th

Time: 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Class fee: $35 (All materials are included)

This is a great class for kids to learn the basics of needle felting. You can choose to make any whale you would like! Students will take home their needle and enough felt to make an additional whale.

All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and be at least 10 years old.

Tiny World Pincushion Workshop

Tiny World Pincushion Workshop

Date: Saturday, March 25th

Time: 10:00 AM- 4:00PM

Class fee: $85 (please bring your own teacup or bowl)

Enrollment: 8 seats

Join us and make your very own tiny world pincushion! Local artist Mimi Kirchner will teach you the skills to create a magical world of your own. These tiny worlds feel like they come right out of children's books and bring us to a fantastical world of their own.

All materials are included- just make sure to bring your own teacup or bowl and small sharp scissors!

Join us and make a Nantucket inspired statement necklace. This is a great project for beginners as well as advanced students.

Whale Ornament Workshop

Whale Ornament Workshop

Date: Saturday, March 11th

Time: 1:00 PM- 4:00PM

Class fee: $50 (Includes pattern and material for two whales)

Enrollment: 8 seats

Join us to make a felted whale ornament. Local artist Mimi Kirchner will guide you every step of the way! These whales make a great decorative item for your home and we love using them as gift toppers.

This is a great project for beginners as well as advanced students. You will have the opportunity to make 2 whales during class and will go home with a pattern to make more!
