As part of our Paper Paradise Theme, we are thrilled to offer a linoleum block printing workshop.
Local artist Kevin Frances will be teaching us the basics of printmaking, including how to carve a linoleum block and how to print on paper or fabric.
Each student will receive a carving tool and block to keep.

Boston based artist Lucia Balcazar will be joining us to teach her paper anemone workshop. Her gorgeous paper flowers are a treat to see and even more fun to make. Her work has been featured in many blogs, including Design Sponge.

For this special workshop, you can choose to make the whole set (basket & hedgehog), or you can just make one piece (basket or hedgehog).
Please note, if you want to make the whole set, please register for two sessions (2 hrs each).
This class is open for kids 8 and up. Between ages 8-12, we ask that a parent also takes the class with their child, as the class does involve using sharp needles.
